2009 台北金馬影展 Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival

1999年9月21日凌晨1點47分發生的大地震，是台灣人共同的傷痛，在921地震十週年前夕，財團法人賑災基金會特別製作這部影片，作為紀念。八歲的小晴因為921而失去父母，收養她的義工夫婦對小晴視如己出，但小晴依然因心中傷痛而自我封閉，直到時間與愛慢慢撫平她心中的傷口，家人的愛也將如雨過天晴的溫暖陽光，永遠將她暖暖包圍。

The earthquake on Sept. 21, 1999 was one the most devastating natural disasters to happen on this island this century. Ten years after, Taiwanese people are commemorating the day not only with sorrow for those whose lives have been lost, but also with gratitude and pride for the perseverance and strength. The Relieve Disaster Foundation (RDF) produced the film When the Rain Is Over to commemorate the 921 Earthquake 10th Anniversary.
