1942年，一名汪偽政府的要員被槍殺，皇軍特務機關長武田懷疑是地下抗日組織領導人老鎗策劃的，而竊取情報的老鬼，就潛伏在汪政府的剿匪司令部內。他於是發了假密電，然後將接觸到電報的五個嫌疑人，帶到了禁衛森嚴的裘莊。調查的期限只有五天，必須採取各種手段才能找出老鬼。被軟禁的五個人眼看情勢不對，也使出混身解數保全自己。
Oct 10, 1940, during an anniversary ceremony of the government, a high official was assassinated. Taketa, chief intelligence officer of the Japanese Imperial Army, believed that it was an action of an underground anti-Japan group. He believed there was a mole inside the Wang government’s Anti-Communist Command. Determined to catch the mole, Taketa sent a false telegraph and arrested 5 suspects who saw the telegraph, bringing them to the closely-guarded fortress Qiu Castle.
